BlownOutOfProportion:Ep3 Offsetting
10/5 to offset the negative scores you're getting. I'd really do about 4.5/8. The animation was mediocre, but you can chalk it up to a stylistic sort of thing. Sound was not the best quality, which is a shame since it's a dialogue-driven flash.
The saving grace is the storyboard, which actually flows pretty well. In the beginning it may be interpreted as a bunch of random scenes, but they eventually come together. So good job on that.
